RV and Modular Ordinances
The City Council approved has approve an ordinance allowing recreational vehicles and campers to be placed on residential lots for up to 30 days after the building moratorium is lifted on February 8, 2019. RVs and campers may only be parked on a property owner's lot or directly adjacent with the owner's permission. All property owners must first receive a permit from the Code Enforcement Department before parking a RV or camper.

The ordinance also allows food trucks and modular buildings to be placed at certain commercial locations for up to 365 days after the moratorium is lifted. A permit from the building department is required.
