The City Administrator is the chief executive for the City and is appointed by the City Council. All departments report to the City Administrator, including water, sewer, sanitation, roads, canal, parks and recreation, general maintenance, and building services. The City Administrator executes all final Development Orders for the City and presents the annual budget to City Council for approval.
